Disney owns Marvel...what would prevent them from using one of the Marvel characters? Is there some sort of contract that says they can't use what they own in this case?

Great! It's better than having 2 or 3 nominees in there that don't deserve it. Sometimes we have years where 10 films deserve to be nominated, and like last year, sometimes we only have 5 or 6. This is a great idea. There's no reason why Toy Story 3 should've been nominated, except to fill that 10th spot.

Also, GhostMan, Super 8 wasn't great. Won't get any nominations under any category.

If the movie bombs - which it won't - All the blame will go nowhere else than to michael bay. That's why he's concerned about it. You think he got to where he's at by luck? If his movies aren't successful then he won't get the millions you're talking about. I agree with Bay. A few TV commercials aren't enough. That's not Mass Advertising like this movie deserves. The Tonight Show? Gimme a break...McLovin was on the day before advertising Year One...I didn't even know he was in that movie!

If the tone of this trailer is a teaser of what's to come, then I'm thrilled at the direction they're taking. And as for everybody talking about the series getting worse, I agree, but this book was written like a movie. This is going to be a great drama, and we're going to get into Voldemort's head. Also, despite all the pages in the book, it's going to make for a good lengthed movie, even if they put everything from the book in there. I really doubt they'll cut much out, because most of the book is dialogue, and it's going to make for short scenes with good content. I don't think anybody should be disappointed with this movie, and aside from deathly hallows, this is definitely the best book. But we'll see how the movie turns out.

Gary Oldman did not play Voldemort, he played Sirius Black. Also, the second word in the third paragraph has incorrect usage. It should read "then". Who the hell writes this stuff?
