Casting Hartley would give the impression of a Smallville spin-off. Which I assume is not the case. A new actor with no baggage is the way to go.

I went to see the first film in 2D, avoiding the 3D after hearing bad things. There were still a good few problems with the film but overall I rather enjoyed it.
If it wasn't for the poor 3D conversion, I feel the film would not of been slated as badly as it was. Here's hoping the studios have learned something from the ordeal. Please? Ultimately I liked the overall plot and structure of the first film and this sequel is looking similarly paced with a nice set of new monsters and jaw dropping action sequences. |

Got to see this in the UK a few weeks back and it was fantastic. Funny, action packed and incredibly well animated. Everything I'd hoped for and more. Don't miss this one guys!
