How do you erase the BD Utility?

Same thing happened to me. I bought it last night and it didn't play at all. I took it back to Best Buy this morning and exchanged it for another thinking it was the disc, but the new one didn't work either. I played it on my PS3 and Laptop that has a bluray player and neither worked.
I'm not sure how to disable BD-Live on my PS3 and not sure if that would make any difference here? |
