I love the throwbacks to old action flicks. This is definitely Robert Rodriguez at his best. That is why I need this DVD.
I loved "The Crazies." I thought it was a great remake, regardless of what the so-called "critics" said about it. "Frozen" was even better than that. Pardon my language, but it was a total mind-f*ck! Great movie that gave me some chills (pun intended, I guess). I can't wait to see "And Soon the Darkness."
I do not own a Blu-Ray player yet, but I am saving up for one. I would definitely love for this awesome trilogy to be the first Blu-Ray movies that I own.

I really enjoy films, and, while I aspire to become a filmmaker, I also write movie reviews. With a $50 Fandango Gift Card, I will be able to review current films, along with ones from the past.
As Stormlovingfreak stated, Redboxes are everywhere in my hometown. I enjoy the ease of the renting process, and the ability to return it anywhere a Redbox is. I, admittedly, was a bit leery at first (what with them having your credit card at their disposal), but am happy that I gave them a chance. Blu-Rays are the way of the future, and DVD's are dying out, fast. Blu-Rays are how movies were intended to be seen, but I haven't the funds to purchase one. I love movies, and I desperately want to see them in their Hi-Def Glory.

"The Social Network" is an inspiration to any aspiring filmmaker. Seeing this film reminded me of exactly why I want to become a filmmaker. David Fincher took a story that didn't seem fascinating enough to justify a film for it, and made it one of the best films in history. If I ever falter in my quest to become a filmmaker, I want this movie to be at my disposal to remind me that anything is possible if you have a positive attitude, and you follow your heart.
