I would put Tigress on her own personal quest to discover her roots and find inner peace as well...where she finds that her parents clan is a bunch of thugs and murderers. She wants to belong but now has even more inner turmoil with her discovery. She gets captured and Po and the rest of the Furious Five will come to her rescue....totally out numbered of course againt enemies with Tigresses skills and Hardcore Style!!! Now that would be a Kung Fu Panda sequel!!!

Chuck Norris should be Po's father...as PO seeks out the family that he never knew and learns their fighting style!!! Other than that...a panther or as a dragon that appears in spirit form, when he meditates in the cave where Shifu relized his inner peace, as an Ora that advises Po in realizing his full potential as the Dragon Warrior. We all see that Po makes things up at the last minute when he is confronted by dangerous foes, but the Dragon spirit teaches Po focus and decisiveness.
