why do a sequel of a remake that doesn't have a sequel o.e

I do hope they make the movie as good as the books other wise i will never watch a shark movie again

another good Asian Movie , Hollywood should get some pointers because I just love these movies and I would Love for there to be a ton more

OK the first two movies of the grudge In the Hollywood version is the First movie in the Japanese Original and the third was the second movie I dont under stand how Hollywood keeps changing such good Asian films to be not so great in fact.... they are terrible cause the Asian people were able to make great movies with out all the blood and gore .... its a bad remake
