IHello! I hate writing in ways that sound self-promotional, but I'm determined to do whatever I can to get to the premiere.
Like most people here, I'm a huge mega-force of nerdy fangirliness. It has been a personal mission to spread this fantastic series to as many people as possible. I have gotten many people to read it, a few people discovered their obsessive sides through me, and I've got the entirety of my Twitter and Facebook friends to keep up with the movie news through me (I even posted a YouTube video of my reaction to watching the trailer for the first time WHILE I was on my honeymoon in Japan!).
So I want to attend the premiere not for myself (okay, a little for myself), but for all the people who will look at my Tweets and Instagrams (you better believe I will be doing a minute-by-minute live account) and think, "Oh, I know someone who has met celebrities and attended a Hollywood movie premiere. I wonder what the big deal about this 'Hunger Games' series is.. maybe I should check it out." and BAM! Their lives will be changed.
So I implore you, consider granting me these tickets. But don't do it me. Do it for them.
