I have recently become obsessed with The Hunger Games series. After almost a year of wanting to read these books I finally got my hands on them and devoured every word. I believe The Hunger Games is such an important and I have told literally everyone I've talked to since reading the books to read them NOW. One of the reasons I love reading books is to escape into another world. These books don't have that appeal for me because the characters live in such a horrible scary violent world that I would not ever want to live in or imagine myself in. But the story is somehow so enticing and I just can't get enough of it. I had to force myself to move on to other books and not read the series for a 3rd time in a row. But I will be reading them one more time before the movie comes out. I'd so love to go to the premiere and see all the talented actors and crew that were a part of making what I know will be a fantastic film.
