Jennifer Lawrence is completely 100% my role model. Not only is she an amazing actress, but she is living the life I want. I'm from a small town in Indiana, and have always been involved in theater. Everyone always tells me that thinking that someone from Indiana can just move to Los Angeles and make it is diluted. Well, she is from Kentucky, and that seems just as unlikely. She is a powerful person and it would absolutely make my entire life to meet her. Even though no one else believes in me, she gave me the confidence and strength to pursue my dreams anyways. The Hunger Games did something to me that no other book has ever done. It let me forget about reality for a while and get completely taken over by the story of it.
It would also be amazing, because no matter what happens in this contest, I'm moving to Los Angeles later in the year, and this could be my one chance to see it before moving there. I feel like it's where I belong, and I feel like for once with this contest I'm going to have something good happen to me.
