Sorry for my delayed absence folks. But it wasnt unexcused. It was because I hit times harder than the Matrix. Currently, Zion seems alot nicer. But it is now over and things are running back toward normal. So anywho, Brian. Could you contact me via email so I can find out if I missed anything? Namely if I am still anime reviewer

*eyes Cowboy Bebop review* :D j/k

Funny you should say that.. I currently have a script for Silent Hill. No, it's not like Resident Evil. It stays true to the game but its not THE game. Now if only I could find me a damn agent. (HELP!)

I am now scared of you Mr. Parker...

You call that a 'memorable movie moment'? 8O

Everything OK on your side of the country? Haven't heard from ya in a while.

Pretty good work ya got there. Hope you had it copyrighted before you posted it online though, don't know WHOS out there.

One word of advice, if you want to try and sell the story, you might want to get rid of all the camera direction. (Close Up, POV, etc. etc.) the Director hates it as you are taking most of his job.

With that aside I like the story, well done!

It looks like an official one to me. Don't bother listening to IGN they would call it a fake even if Miyazaki-san handed to them personally. Not to mention they are a bunch of hacks  (IGN that is)
This list is rather incomplete, there are movies which I have missed.. and others that shouldn't be on the list
Time for my very own Top 20 list.

dan posted in the forum: Horror Poll
All right people, most of us horror people know that Night of the Living Dead was one of the best old zombie movies out there. Along with Dawn and Day it brought zombies to the world! Here is my question... If someone followed in the vein of NOTLD and released a trilogy of zombie flicks would you watch it? (When I say in the vein I mean elements, same type of feel... not a total rip off) And I also don't mean Resident Evil either, that was not a full fledged zombie movie.
dan posted in the forum: 3.5 - 4 stars
I think that this topic has gotten a little riotous. How can those 'people' make anyone sick? It's called a matter of OPINION. Some may give TTT 5 stars, some may give it less. Some think the CG was great, some don't. My question is this, who cares?

Let's take Resident Evil for example... I liked the movie, most people don't. Am I going to waste my time trying to convince the world that it was a good movie? Hell no.

If you thought the movie stank worse than the Adventures of Pluto Nash, good on you.
dan posted in the forum: Commericals Before Movies
Seems like I'm the only one to use the subject line :D.. I did say...

'Pretty soon, DVDs will start with commercials...'

Now my previous post should make sense.

Maybe I shouldn't have said that... who knows whos reading this forum :D
dan posted in the forum: House of 1000 Corpses
house of 1000 corpses is what i saw.. cant review something i walked out of :)

dan posted in the forum: Colin Farrell...
Is he just cheap or what? 5 movies in one year.. something must be up. :)
dan posted in the forum: House of 1000 Corpses
They claimed that this movie was 'so' horrifying... so gruesome that they couldnt release it. It seems more like a rehash of Texas Chainsaw Massacre, (A good movie, but not one in need of remaking).

*hides 'Advance Passes' under the seat*

Ok, so I saw the movie already and it let me down. :D
A horror movie that actually creeped me out or scared me... hold on now, let me think... the only ones that come to mind are the old classics.. (Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm St., Poltergeist ) As far as new ones, Final Destination.. the original one. You didn't know what was going to happen next except the fact that they were gonna die. It kept you on the edge of your seat. :)
dan posted in the forum: Commericals Before Movies
Commercials before movies are stupid, I can understand commercials on TV (since technically we aren't paying for it). But you are paying about 8-10 bucks to watch... commercials... It was kind of funny to see a Toyota SUV commercial before Final Destination 2. (Think of the first 15 minutes of the movie.)
dan posted in the forum: The Ring
I guess I have just seen too many horror movies. The ring wasnt scary.. as a matter of fact, I haven't seen an actual scary movie for a while.
