Lone Wolf reviewed the movie Man of Steel

"A film that flies too close to the Sun."

Am I the only one who thinks that this listing kinda tells us that the story of Krypton will be told through a series of flashbacks?

@forrestgump1 No kidding. Kinda ironic that he calls this movie "pretty thin" when his review is probably the most half-assed I've ever seen.
EXCELLENT review! I'm actually discouraged from writing my own after reading this 'cause you covered a lot of what I wanted to touch in the way I wanted to approach it, but with far better writing skills than I have. And I'm glad to see that practically everyone from our group seems to love this movie. Thanks for not breaking the chain :P

The poster looks pretty awesome... but only because they don't show his face and how over-sized the helmet looks on him.

Sorry this review is sorta sloppy. I was distracted as I was writing it. Didn't help that I was still trying to decide what I thought of it. One thing I meant to clarify was that the scenes between Zeus and Hades were my favorite because despite how brief they were, it was the only time I felt any true sense of development and watching gods, all-powerful beings, reveal how emotionally vulnerable they are is such an interesting subject matter for me.
Lone Wolf reviewed the movie Wrath of the Titans

"In the end, Wrath of the Titans is film that simply exists and should be enjoyed as it is."
I'm sure that's how many people feel about the camera style. Even I was predicting it, and I forgot to mention how I enjoyed the film being almost exclusively from Katniss' point of view. But even after expecting that camera style and trying to except its inevitability, I still was disappointed. I think partly because it's such an overused and cliched technique in modern-filming that I've just begun to miss the long shots that created the scope of the scene. I understand that "Hunger Games" is a story about humanity and all and I fully understand the use of a camera angle/style to give the viewer an idea of what a character is feeling. But for the start of the game, many kids start dying and it's not just Katniss who's in danger, so I feel like a more generalized shot would've been better for that one part. The following scenes I can understand, but for the most brutal part of the movie, I just thought it would've been more satisfactory.
Lone Wolf reviewed the movie The Hunger Games

"An honest effort to adapt some very risque material that doesn't quite live up to the hype."

Lone Wolf wrote a comment about his Review of John Carter
:P I actually wrote this on Facebook, but then my friend said I should re-post it here to spread the positivity of the film. I don't think I'll really get active here again, but whatever reviews I make on Facebook, I'll be sure to put on here.
Lone Wolf reviewed the movie John Carter

"A flawed entertainment romp that is both true to its source material and trying to capture the attention of a new generation."
Love it. I especially appreciate the concentration camp setting for Erik's poster. Very reminiscent of one the comic book covers.

Scrape that question. I didn't read the description.
