When archeologists exploring a Mayan pyramid in Mexico find a sarcophagus covered in Egyptian hieroglyphics, they accidentally release Hathor. Hathor, a Goa'uld who has taken on the persona of a powerful Egyptian goddess, has awoken from a sleep that has lasted a millennium.
After dispensing with the scientists, Hathor makes her way to Stargate Command dressed as a homeless woman. Once inside, she uses her physical charms and a drug-like pink smoke to seduce the men and enlist them in her plan to take over the world — using Col. Jack O'Neill as her first host body.
As the goddess cooks up thousands of Goa'uld larvae and prepares O'Neill to bear one, it falls to Capt. Samantha Carter and the handful of women at the base to fight back against the powerful seductress. Aided by Teal'c, who as a Jaffa is immune to Hathor's powers, the women of Stargate Command prepare to face Hathor in a battle for the future of Earth.
