SMALLVILLE (2001 - Present)

This show is kicking ass and taking names the way the characters are developing this year in phenomenal. Every episode is better than the one before its just keeps going up.

I do think Smallville should have ended last season, but Season 8 looks better then Season 7 so from the casting.

It does suck that Lex is gone, but I'm glad Lana left. She was a good character but I felt at the end of season 6 she should have remained dead and push Lex & Clark into real hatred.

By the way... isn't Clark suppose to be in college? When was the last time he was shown close to school?

This show shoulda ended at seoson 3 or 4. back when the main star was still in his 30's what is he now 42? playing a 20'year old superman? C'mon guys lets put this old dog 2 sleep.

Good show. Not really into Superman but you don't have to be to enjoy the series. I don't watch it faithfully because Smallville IS at times cheezy but I admit that it draws you in. I keep waiting for Clark to develop more and more into his iconic god-like status. Hard to believe that they're already in their 7th season.

Most likely, he won't get the uniform until the season finale. At least, in my opinion, that would be the best way to end the series. Next season we're going to be introduced to 2 new characters. Can't wait until this Fall. Pairing Smallville and Supernatural together on Thursdays was the best thing The CW ever did since Buffy & Angel were on the same night.

Im a big fan of SMALLVILLE...I watch it as if its an addiction and I am shocked that the sexy/smokn' LAURA VANDERVOOT isnt gonna be in the next season...Her character was amazing in the episodes she was in and its gonna be hard watching the episodes to come without that fire she brought...She will be missed and Im looking forward to seeing her star in future films and I will be purchasing them all...
Im hoping to see the Justice League work more as a team in this next season and cant wait for Clark to get his uniform...Yes its a good thing you can have a superhero who can be himself without covering it up but also its also kinda lame that he doesnt wear a mask and noone can say, "Oh look guys its Clark Kent", especially Louis who is supposed to be romantically lusting over...But honestly you know the way they have this one set up is good cause its like saying, "What if superman didnt fall for Louis, who would he be with"...You know what im saying...Either way I would not give up watching SMALLVLLE for the world...
Im waiting in anticipation to see the next season and getting to the stores to purchase the 7th season to add to my collection of the other 6...

Smallville is the Greatest. i own the first six seasons, i own everything superman on dvd. and yes pete was in a few of the old comics, although, he was a white kid with blonde hair, lionel was only mentioned in the comics, and never by name. Chloe on the other hand is a smallville original, which suprises me that she has lasted this long, however she is a big crowd favorite.

I love smallville so much it is the best show in the world i watch it everyday i own 4 seasons and i can't wait for season 7 that is by far the best season ever everyone or mostly everyone knows clarks secerts at least the ones he loves the most lana finally knows and chloe already found out so it is awsome only if lex found out that would destroy clarks destiny and that would be a disaster

I like smallville these type of shows dont work at times the young Clark does kinda resemble the older Clark and the characters fit well together. As BB said bit cheesy at time but gotta love it

Layminister...Smallville is an entire series based on a single comic. Back in the 60's there was a "fantasy"Superman comic with a "what if" theme. In this case what if Clark and Lex were childhood friends. I can imagione Pete and Chloe and Lionel are there to pad out the scripts otherwise the series would have beena short one :)

I'm 54, and I used to read all the Superboy, Superman, and even Supergirl comics when I was young. Alot of you are right, Lana hardly is ever in the Superman comics, except when Clark would return to Smallville, and Lana and Lois were cousins. I don't ever remember a Chloe or a Pete or Lionel in the comics, of course I stopped buying and reading them back in 1971, when I went into the military. I guess alot of changes could have been made after that. I don't remember Lex ever really being a main character in the Superboy comics, but one of the many villians, that Clark faced in the Superman comics. Think what you want, I think it's a great show, and we watch it every week. Hope to see it go on into a Superman show.

The show does rock major!!!! And its definitly not cheesy and Lana is one of the best parts of the show, as well as chloe and the rest of the characters. This season is by far the best and shows that smallville gets better as seasons pass. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My only complaint is Lana and all her whining. It's a bummer every time she walks on screen.

Gotta watch Smallville, even if sometimes it gets cheesy. :)
