The lady's name in the show is "Consuela", but the actual name is "Consuelo". Besides, she claims to be from El Salvador but her accent sounds Caribbean. When the brothers are questioning the maid, she says that the suspect had "bigotes" which means a mustache. However, Sam translates that as beard which is "barba" in Spanish.
