Flashpoint is an emotional journey following the lives of members of the SRU (Strategic Response Unit) as they solve hostage situations, bust gangs, and defuse bombs. They work by utilizing their training to get inside the heads of these people in order to make them reach their breaking point (aka their flashpoint).

Kinda sucks that CBS is not even continuing support for the show for the rest of the SEASON 4 episodes! Apparently, though, CTV and ION have set up a deal for the show to stay on in CA on CTV and to move all to ION (on cable/satellite) for the duration.
At least I get ION on DISH. With USA (pretty much my new favorite network) great momentum and this show moving to ION, broadcasters are really showing ignorance of what their audience wants... great once-broadcast shows now on cable (deep dial) will ultimately lead to the demise of the broadcasters.
