Cougar Town (2009 - Present): Review By Whitney Robins

I watched Cougar Town from the first episode and found it very funny in the beginning. The characters were funny and easy to relate to even in all their exaggerated glory. But as time went on the show became very repetitive as did the 'comedy'. Now I know that watching a show like this isn't supposed to pull some deep insightful reaction from the viewer, it's supposed to be light and funny, but the storyline seems to have run dry. The characters seem bland and overly 'cheesy' if you will, beyond the point of what's funny. So overall, I'm disappointed to lost a show from my Wednesday night programs but enjoyed it while it lasted.
