As if juggling three wives weren't tricky enough, Season Two of Emmy®- and Golden Globe®-nominated 'Big Love' finds modern polygamist Bill Henrickson (Bill Paxton) tackling problems outside his three-house suburban home. As a failed expansion and a suspicious employee entangle his work at Henrickson Home Plus, Bill races to find the person responsible for outing his wife Barb (Jeanne Tripplehorn) as a polygamist at Utah's Mother of the Year ceremony. Meanwhile, back at the fundamentalist Juniper Hill compound, prophet Roman Grant (Harry Dean Stanton) sets his sights on Bill's brother Joey (Shawn Doyle) as leverage to regain a share of the family business. Throw a pregnant Margene (Ginnifer Goodwin) and an overcompensating Nicki (Chloe Sevigny) into the mix, and Bill won't be getting much sleep at any of his houses. Bold, funny and wholly original, Big Love continues to explore the evolving institution of marriage through this typically atypical family.

yikes real time reading of my comments and no spell check, nice well i'll try it again. Firstly mormons aren't nearly as dumb as you portray on the show. Secondly i have served a mission in southern utah where the show is based, and we were tasked specifially with weeding out polygamists. Mormons arent nearly as dumb as you portray, and polygamists not nearly as sophisticaed. We would have found them almost immediatley as he would have had a bunch of empty pic spots on semi white wall. problem one then problem 2 i wont tell but we ask questions on his life and we would have found out before even teaching him ie bill paxton. no polygamists in church silly idea really..why do they want to join? cause they would have been accpted? nope cause they want some thing we have? what is that? ha no one here knows.

It's f*cking Bill Paxton. If anyone could handle 3+ women at the same time, it's my man Bill :P

I like the interaction between all of the characters, particularly the wives and how they interact and deal with eachother. It's a lot of drama and interesting plot twists but they are handled at a terrific pace and with great build-up, besides season 4 which has too many plot holes to count. As for the 3 wives, it is a lot to handle for ol' Bill :P

I've yet to really get into this show, but from the one episode I've seen, it intrigued me. While the sex aspect sounds fun with 3 wives, I imagine the estrogen and cat fights would get old quickly :P
