Spartacus: Gods of the Arena

A prequel to the popular series Spartacus: Blood and Sand is currently in the works. John Hannah will star as Batiatus, owner of the Ludus and Lucy Lawless as his wife, Lucretia. It will show the rise of the House of Batiatus and its champions before Spartacus entered the picture.
