It kind of gives a sense of power, being a girl a kicking ass & super powers. Uhm, Awesome!

Season one was my favorite. It was the only season that the complete season was a script. After season one it seemed as if the writes were just intellectually, and very brilliantly winging it. Truth be told, I stopped after Season 3, many years ago. I was a big Angel fan, he left, stopped watching.

Over the passed year I watched the series. I went from liking Angel, to adoring Spike. I just love Giles, and his British wits. I always like Cordelia's character, although she left shortly high school ended in the series.

Love Eliza Dushku, not a Faith fan and yet again in a way I am. Kind of hate & love relationship with her.

Love the show, never saw the original movie.

As for the new movie coming out possibly 2012, I have to say I think It is really stupid that people are getting so worked up about it not being the characters from the show. Well I hate to break it to you It is a REMAKE of the original film Buffy The Vampire Slayer. It's NOT a movie based on the Tv show, Buffy The Vampire Slayer. So, that being the case why in the world would you cast all those characters & actors even. Be mad if you want, but if this movie was being based on the hit Tv series Buffy The Vampire Slayer, which starred Sarah Michelle Geller and they didn't cast the original cast from the show then I'd say be mad. Be pissed even, protest, but it's not. That's like putting Kevin Bacon in the REMAKE of Footloose. Makes no sense.

**Psst. I'm not too interested in the Slayer movie. I didn't see the original. So i'm not to sure & since they had a show already put out there.. only people who watched it, loved it, remember it are going to truly appreciate it. (1992) I was what, like 5 years old. I never watched it. Give it a chance before you hang your coat up. Watch the original, watch the new one & watch the show see what that use and take out. It's going to be pretty curious if you ask me. **
