Glory Daze (2010 - 2011): Review By Big Mike
TBS has out-done themselves but developing an actual good show. Glory Daze definitely doesn't get the credits it deserves by being a break-out hit series.

The show is definitely one you should look out for, on Tuesdays at 10. The will take up an hour of your night but it is definitely worth it. It stars Matt Bush as "Eli" and he is...well something. Somewhat of a desperate person, looking to get laid and be known and liked around people. Kinda funny watching him try and accomplish this. He plays a very odd fellow. Definitely odd.
Ken Luckey also stars in the hilarious show as a baseball jock. He just"goes with the flow." He goes with his friends. He's not the kind of jock thats like Sean William Scott in the famous and hilarious, "American Pie" movies (American Pie 1 & 2.) He's just that cool kid. Doesn't talk too much but he has his moments in this show...
Kelly Blatz plays "Joel Harrington" the show mainly revolves around him. He plays a nervous college kid who likes the girl who's dating his forturnaty leader. Tough sh*t right? You can tell by the expressions on his face that he's nervous. He does a pretty good job NOT making it obvious. When it's obvious then the acting sucks. When it's obvious you can easily tell that the other actress knows and is holding stuff in. But luckily it isn't.
Lastly, Andrew Seely, a "good boy" who definitely has the smarts but is struggling with his love life. He immatures himself while hanging out with friends and his "girlfriend" can see this. She is very embarassed with being with him.
Creators, Walt Becker and Michael LeSieur must have been high when they came up with the idea! A brilliant show, it has smart comedy, not that getting kicked in the balls bullsh*t. I mean true comedy. Walt Becker directed the funny-"Wild Hogs" which was a success in 2007 and I still enjoy watching it to this day. Michael LeSiuer helped write "You me and Dupree" a dramedy type movie. They both seem to be successful in the movie industry and when two great minds collaborate, a baby is born! (Metaphor for idea) and the idea is Glory Daze!
