Characters from the cast including Neil Grayston, Colin Feguson, Salli Richardson-Whitfield, and Wil Wheaton talk about the town of Eureka was formed to gather the brilliant minds from all over the country and was funded by the government. It shows how the producers made it appear to form as a military project during WWII and then became a town infiltrated by the bright minds to make it a town of civilians. These minds have the ability to either save the world, or their quirky personalities can also cause havoc and they need to save themselves from a project backfiring.
