Glee (2009 - Present): Review By Moviejunkie4

I just watched the series preview of Fox's new musical comedy TV show GLEE. The regular episodes won't begin airing weekly until this fall.

I'm pround to that I was pleasantly surprised. It about a high school glee club and features amazing musical numbers. If your like me and are not a big fan of musicals I assure you this show will win you over. It's definitely funny with the same type of humor as Arrested Development, and displays a lively range of characters.

The story is about a high school Spanish teacher who takes over a failing glee club filled with outcasts. The main focus is on characters Rachel Berry, a talented student and singer with aspirations of becoming a star and Finn Hudson, the all-star quarterback with a secret passion for singing.

As geart as GLEE is, it's a risky project that could still end up bombing because it's not like anything esle on I've seen on TV. I really hope the show lasts. I like the fact that it stands out and isn't just another cop show, lawyer show, or medical drama. At least it's trying to be original. People shouldn't judge based on the pilot alone.
