I know many will disagree, but this was reasonably entertaining, recorded and played-back LATE Sunday night, while drifting off to sleep...

You never really stop to think just how implausiable this stuff is... "Suspension of Disbelief", to be sure...
Basically, as the series works to find its 'groove', we get more color on just how screwed up Mary's family really is.
Brandi attempts a drug deal to blindly salvage her relationship with Chuck (her lowlife ex in NJ) because she can't have Raph, Mary's boyfriend (despite Mary's emotional distance).
Meanwhile, Mary's mom is auditioning for a part in a stage show (musical) which, for some reason, is supposed to be viewed as impossible - maybe because Leslie Ann Warren is like 100 years old?
To make her day worse, Mary is kidnapped by some goons that work for Spanky (the guy that Brandi got busted on the drug deal), mistaken for Brandi...
All this goes forward as you'd think it would, until Mary works her way to safety as she is finally found by her partner and boss.
In the end, because of Mary's family's checkered past, she's on the 'watch-list' of the FBI agent in charge who is generally hell-bent on taking the whole family down.
As we end the episode, we hope that the family can emerge 'reasonably' unscathed by this mess and that Mary can continue as a Marshall (or the 1st season would, likely, be the last).
Decent enough as the 1st of a 2-part wrap to the season...
