It will be held at L.A.'s Nokia Theatre and will be hosted by Ryan Seacrest (American Idol), Heidi Klum (Project Runway), Jeff Probst (Survivor), Tom Bergeron (Dancing with the Stars), and Howie Mandel (Deal or No Deal).
