Krusty Gets Busted was the 2nd episode of the Simpsons I found to shape the show into a truly groundbreaking cartoon. The first being the Simpsons Christmas special. I had owned the pilot on VHS for many years without having seen any other episodes of the Simpsons and foudn it to be quite hysterial. After seeing Krusty Gets Busted I knew this show was a cartoon that would take a lot of power to die. KGB wasn't so much funny as it was tantilizing. Seeing Krusty only for the second or third time in the show at the time I had only really began to figure out his story in the episode and saw is upbringing in the show be his downfall. A very unique way to introduce a character. Also being said that Sideshow Bob being the one who framed Krusty was also a unique way to introduce a new character. Bart was the true star of the episode and has never shined so bright. He put all the pieces together and saw just exactly how he was framed (with help from Lisa of course). Bart shows that he more than just a misfit, and we all get wrapped up in the mystery of this episode that we too get stoked seeing how everything in the end works out.
