Three 'S-VHS' Photos Promise a Lot More Blood Is on the Way

This quick sequel to 'V/H/S' will premiere as part of this year's Sundance Midnight Movies line-up.

If you loved the low-res horror anthology V/H/S, you won't have long to wait for a sequel. S-VHS is already in the can, and will debut at this year's Sundance Film Festival as part of their Midnight Movies line-up. The film hasn't secured a distributor yet, but it's likely that you will see this second run of found footage short films sometime in the fall of 2013. To whet your appetitie, three official first-look photos have been released, which promise water, more blood, and plenty of television snow.

Searching for a missing student, two private investigators break into his abandoned house and find another collection of mysterious VHS tapes. In viewing the horrific contents of each cassette, they realize there may be terrifying motives behind the student's disappearance.

V/H/S/2 was released July 12th, 2013 and stars Lawrence Michael Levine, Kelsy Abbott, L.C. Holt, Simon Barrett, Mindy Robinson, Mónica Sánchez Navarro, Adam Wingard, Hannah Hughes. The film is directed by Simon Barrett, Jason Eisener, Gareth Evans, Gregg Hale, Eduardo Sánchez, Timo Tjahjanto, Adam Wingard.
