Fox Searchlight Pictures is bringing the hard-boiled world of London's criminal underground to this side of the pond with the upcoming crime-thriller The Sweeney, directed by Nick Love. Ray Winstone stars as Jack Regan, the leader of an old-school group of detectives known as Sweeney Flying Squad who use bizarre methods to bring down London's worst. The plot thickens when Jack's longtime enemy re-surfaces during a bank heist in progress.
