'The Family' Trailer with Robert de Niro and Michelle Phieffer

Plus, we have the first poster for this dark action comedy about a mafia family who are relocated to France through a witness protection program.

The first trailer for director Luc Besson's The Family (formerly known as Malavita) brings Oscar winner Robert De Niro back to the mafia genre as the patriarch of the Manzoni crime syndicate. When he rats out his former crew, this gangster and his family (Michelle Pfeiffer, Dianna Agron, and John D'Leo) are relocated to France, where they have trouble blending in to their new environment. In addition, we have the latest poster and two photos for this dark comedy, directed by Luc Besson and executive produced by Martin Scorsese, which hits theaters September 20.

The Family was released September 13th, 2013 and stars Robert De Niro, Michelle Pfeiffer, Dianna Agron, John D'Leo, Tommy Lee Jones, Jimmy Palumbo, Domenick Lombardozzi, Stan Carp. The film is directed by Luc Besson.

    @bawnian-dexeus its a Luc Besson film pal, so it pretty much is, though it feels americana that's the whole premise, what happens to the local Mafia when a Bronx family moves into town. Its Besson back onto form, comedy mingled with ripe family dilemmas and action, action, action, better than his stints with the fantastically crap Arthur series.
