Oscar-nominated actors Mark Ruffalo and Tim Robbins have joined the cast of Thanks for Sharing for Class 5 Films and Gilbert Films.

The Kids Are All Right screenwriter Stuart Blumberg is making his directorial debut with Thanks for Sharing, working from a script he co-wrote with Matt Winston. The story centers around characters in a recovery group for sex addiction.

Gary Gilbert and Jordan Horowitz will produce for Gilbert Films, which also produced The Kids Are All Right, while Bill Migliore and David Koplan producing for Class 5 films. Actor Edward Norton is also on board as an executive producer. Here's what Gary Gilbert had to say about the project.

Production is slated to begin sometime this fall.
