Superman Captured by Military Police in New ‘Man of Steel’ Photo

Zack Snyder brings a new kind of superhero to the screen in this reboot of the DC Comics franchise.

We have a new look at Henry Cavill as Superman in director Zack Snyder's Man of Steel. We've seen a similar image before, in both a recent poster and the latest trailer that was released. None the less, Superman being hauled off in handcuffs by military police is an instantly iconic image that ranks up there with some of the best Golden Age artwork. Why not take a look at it from another angle.

Man of Steel was released June 14th, 2013 and stars Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Michael Shannon, Diane Lane, Russell Crowe, Antje Traue, Harry Lennix, Richard Schiff. The film is directed by Zack Snyder.

But when you think about it, it's kind of stupid that they put handcuffs to superman :)))))

I cannot wait to see how this movie plays out, this right here looks like a scene you would see in a Superman comic, either a cover or a panel page.

You know it's getting tiresome when even the biggest cheerleader of this.... "reboot" is finding the marketing repetitive.

They have shown this before but this is going to be a significant moment for the film. This is the first time we have truly seen Superman going himself up and not the accepted hero we all have been custom to. This isn't the first movie to show repeated pictures of an important moment in a film. But I do hope they show some brand new images and footage soon.

The lighting on his suit makes it seem like he's getting ready to ice skate

This isn't smart marketing. This moment seems to be a centerpiece of MOS, and the studio has hit us over the head with it. Look at the responses below as a very small sample. People are tired of it already. WB should remove any marketing that includes this all- important scene before the moviegoing audience at large stops caring about it before MOS is even released.
