'Stoker' Clip Asks for a Little Mother Daughter Time

Nicole Kidman's Evelyn Stoker offers an intriguing theory on why people have children in this scene from Chan-wook Park's thriller.
Fox Searchlight Pictures has debuted a new clip from Stoker, the English-language debut of Korean director Chan-wook Park (Oldboy). Nicole Kidman stars as Evelyn Stoker, who is mourning the loss of her husband when mysterious Uncle Charlie (Matthew Goode) comes to visit. Take a look at this scene where Evelyn reveals her interesting theory about why people have children, while her daughter India (Mia Wasikowska) listens on. Don't expect to see Evelyn Stoker's name on any Mother of the Year ballots anytime soon.

Stoker was released March 1st, 2013 and stars Mia Wasikowska, Nicole Kidman, David Alford, Matthew Goode, Peg Allen, Lauren E. Roman, Phyllis Somerville, Harmony Korine. The film is directed by Chan-wook Park.
