Game of Thrones swordsman Miltos Yerolemou, who appeared on Season 1 of HBO's hit fantasy series, has joined the cast of Star Wars: Episode VII in an undisclosed role.

Having played expert and athletic swordsman Syrio Forel on Game of Thrones, as well as other sword wielding characters throughout his career, it is being speculated that he will be using a lightsaber in Star Wars: Episode VII...But is he a Jedi or Sith?

His role in Star Wars: Episode VII is said only to be a minor one. The actor most recently appeared on on stage with the Royal Shakespeare Company, and has recently completed the BBC adaptation of Hilary Mantel's booker prize winning novel Wolf Hall.

Miltos Yerolemou isn't the only Game of Thrones star that will be appearing in the upcoming sci-fi sequel. Gwendoline Christie who plays Brienne of Tarth, joined Star Wars: Episode VII earlier this summer, and rumor claims she is playing an Imperial Commander obsessed with finding John Boyega's character, who is said to be an AWOL Stormtrooper.

Neither Lucasfilm nor Disney have made an official announcement regarding Miltos Yerolemou's casting.

Star Wars: Episode VII resumed shooting last week at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire following a brief hiatus that allowed Harrison Ford to heal from a broken leg. While it was first reported that he suffered this injury on the set of the Millennium Falcon when the ramp closed on his foot, it was later revealed that he was actually working on a super secret set when the accident occurred.
