Couldn't be more disappointed in the casting of the villian.Nothing agaisnt him he's a great actor but not a good choice for Moriarty. I would have live to seen Guy Pearce...just sayin

The chemistry between the leads is the real draw for me here. The original wasnt that great but the back and fourth between Law and Downey Jr. was classic. I expect more of the same here.

Jared Harris does wonderfully on Mad Men and I'm excited to see him in the newest Sherlock Holmes. He reminds me of the character portrayals in the Sherlock Holmes series from the 50's that were directed by Steve Pervin. I just finished watching the first season on my job's website; they're free and definitely worth seeing to get a different feel for the classic detective duo.

It's still my least anticipated film of December, but that isn't exactly saying much. Looks just as fun, if not more so, than the first film :)

This movie looks better then the first one, and the i have to say that addition of Noomi Rapace is a pretty sexy addition to the Sherlock Holmss movies :) .

I'll refrain from commenting for the sake of not wanting to incur any theological discussion regarding my perspective on movies. Instead, I'll simply say I stand by my previous comments and leave it at that.
