See Bono as big as his ego--IN 3-D!!! Plus, cooler glasses than Bono! But you are right in the middle of one of the greatest rock band's concert thanks to IMAX's great sound systemOne would think that a concert film would be a preposterous and ridiculous idea for a three-dimensional film. However, "U2 3D" puts those qualms to rest. Yes, Bono and the Irish lads can b...more

You know how the film will end by the trailer, but still, I think this is the most enjoyable film of 2009.I thought this would be good, just something about it looked good. Not sure exactly what it was, because I'm not the biggest fan of romantic comedies. I'm more into romance movies, but sometimes comed...more

I like it women on topThis is yet another romantic comedy that’s interesting only in the first half and then goes down hill from there. UGLY TRUTH has its funny moments but is… overshadowed by the story’s lack of get...more

Its got two big laughs in it, but besides that, it's pretty dry and typical of this genre. The exception to most romantic comedies that this film takes is that the male lead Mike Chadway seems to share my opinion about love in general: It's not a subject which a whole film can be devoted to...more

Not anymore, right? I got sick and now I'm something less than human. Something worthy of extermination. This is probably one of the most original twists on Vampires that I have ever witnessed. The scenes and technology used in this movie were visually stunniong, and it was neat to see all of the little ...more

Sure, you can say this flick is basically Blade meets Resident Evil. I won't deny that. And if you weren't a fan of Equilibrium (I honestly haven't met that many, really), this isn't for you either. But, if you want some insanely innovative action, with a futuristic twist, Ultraviolet is right up your bullet-dodging alley.Kurt Wimmer certainly isn't a "made man" in Hollywood. You wont' see "A Kurt Wimmer Film" in TV spots for his latest flick, Ultraviolet, but that doesn't mean that he's not a known man in many circles...more

...when I find myself snickering quietly rather than feeling the fear, I can’t help but realize that the horror genre really needs to grow a pair and get with the program. The Unborn is yet another horror movie produced by Michael Bay’s Platinum Dunes, which is best known for remaking greatly-remembered scary films. However, believe it or not, The Unborn does not appe...more

So Hollywood, you can still make good original scary movies.I can always tell when i've seen a great scary movie, by when i'm leaving the auditorium i feel this scary presence from behind me, which tells me I was into a good film. It's funny. The ...more

... The evil kid in the movie? Yeah, his name’s Jumby… Yeah… Jumby…Ah, teeny-bopper horror… There is none quite like you… You are not at all like the R-rated horror films that tease and bully your delicate ways… While they depict on-screen violence with the fer...more

Some pretty cool looking monsters and a lot of gratuitous camel toe should keep The Unborn’s core audience pleased. If you’re looking for substance, it’s best to look someplace else.David S. Goyer has proven himself to be an excellent pulp writer. And as The Unborn shows, he knows a thing or two about style and substance. With this first film of the New Year, he brings some prett...more

Misleadingly Mainstream Exorcism Crap. The Unborn was marketed as an appealing, generic horror movie with lots of creative jump scenes to make us believe there is only trivial matters at stake. WRONG. Instead this movie goes from the simpl...more

personally, I liked this movie. But I'm into off beat flicks like this. If you wanted a Romero style zombie movie then this is not for you....The first death was awesome, granny got what was coming to her. Inventive, it's nice to see a different take on the WHY factor. It only takes ten minutes for the fun to begin and for the length of the...more
