"An almost instant classic, enthralling, chilling, exciting and a little funny. One of the best"

I walked into this film with extremely high expectations, so high, in fact, that i doubted it could reach them. Oh how wrong i was. I was blown into my seat, and sat glued for the entirety of the film, from the quiet start, to the abrupt ending. Although, i did have a slight query with the ending. I didn't feel it closed up satisfyingly, instead going for impact, or shocks. But the directing is second to none, with some scened still haunting me a week later. Just on a side note, the acting is absoultely subperb, given how little they speak (with the exception of Jones, who was my favourite. The slight movements of bardem, and the coolness of Brolin are all oscar caliber work. A superb piece of violent art.
