WATCHMEN (2009)

You guys are lucky seeing this movie, but I didn't see because my rotten mother won't let me, and my dad agrees with her. WHAT? Luckily, I just started reading the graphic novel and it is really entertaining and awesome so far! I really want to see the movie!

313td: read the novel. You're right that it isn't a 5 star movie, but your reasoning for that is ridiculous.

First off, you're just like the rest of the immature dickwads who has to complain about Dr. Manhattan's happy region. Secondly, you seemed to have missed WHY Rorschach was killed off, along with Blindpig21. He was going to reveal Veidt's plan to the world, and if that happened, the world would be at war again...so Manhattan kills him. There is an actual point to that aspect, as with everything else in the novel/movie. Doesn't matter if he's your favorite character, he died for a reason. Did you miss the part where he gives his journal to the newspaper? Thought so.

Come on, guys...think before you fucking post...or read the freakin novel.

Don't get me wrong,I liked this movie but there were to many little things for me to give this movie 5 stars.Two of the main things that keep me from thinking this is a 5 star movie,the ending could have been better and did we have to see so much of Mr.Manhattan?I understand that some scenes were necessary,I just think they over did that part of the movie.And come on,did they have to kill of Rorschach?I mean Laurie Jupiter A.K.A. Silk Spectre was Hotttt,but Rorschach was the only one who never stopped being a Watchmen.The one that should have been killed was Adrian Veidt,he is the one who killed millions of people,killed the Comedian and set up Rorschach.

I agree, good film.
