"Not the greatest but pretty entertaining martial arts action film. "

Chow Yun-Fat is a great martial artist, and actor and was the best part of the film. But surprisingly Sean William Scott goes from his usual goofball comedic roles to play an effective semi-serious action hero.

Any story that has an immortal monk, mystical prophecies, and some really cool martial arts sequences is gonna be somewhat entertaining, and Bulletproof Monk is just that.
