BRUNO (2009)

"Absurd, uncouth and filled with ridiculous scenes."

Bruno is a movie I wasted my time watching. and I hope that through this review, that I will try not to spend alot of time on also, I will get you the massage fast so you wont even try to get close to the theater showing that.

BORAT, 2006's mockery failure of Sacha Baron Cohen, has a ghost that returned this year to continue a massive attack on cinematography, filling it with absurd, uncouth and ridiculous scenes. I did not enjoy Borat, in fact I didn't even think it was close to funny. I do get the facts and everything and I understand english enough to know everything he was talking about through both movies. It was just too bad.

TO start, Sacha Baron Cohen thinks he was funny in Borat and wants to do it again. With the same directing type as borat, trying to make us look at the world as if the movie itself was a reality show. I had to give him credit for that throughout the first movie but now. The movie was totally taken from the first in this area. He tried to make the same thing without Kazakhstan in the way. But with Austria. Bruno is an Austrian TV show broadcaster that thinks he's funny, but once Europe left him die because of his total disastrous problems at a fashion show, he goes to Hollywood to make himself famous. Trying anyway possible to do that, you'll go through this made-up adventure with Bruno.

The thing is, the story was boring, If I have to give any credit to this movie, it would have to be the acting of Sacha Baron Cohen. He returns under a totally new look. It was totally impossible to know it was really him. He plays the act so good you feel that this is a new man in front of you. Its either that, or just the make-up. But I think that that's the only thing that can provide this movie credit.

TO continue, I relied on some of the funny jokes to make this movie a little bit better. But even that was completely gone. Every part of the movie was mockery against Gays. Hey dude IDK where the funny part is. If I know something, Seeing a ding-a-ling completely naked throughout a 30 second strip off. was nothing any close to funny. The disgusting part was, much more funny parts, supposedly funny, where completely absurd and ridiculous. so for any funny scenes, don't wait for a lot.

But again as I said, this was a movie that completely copied Borat. If you ever heard any techno remixes, wait for something like that. but usually, the remixes in Techno music are better. the original mix of this one was bad. hoping that Bruno would pick up the mix and make it better, the let down was HUGE.
