I have always liked Rambo since First Blood but the direction the next two films kind of dissapointed me.This movie redeems them quite a bit for me.The story is'nt too deep,just a reason for Rambo to have to come back into action.But that said the villains in this movie are downright disgusting making it all the more fantastic when they meat they're grisly end.Rambo says little making it hard to judge if Stallone really did a "Great" job but he is Rambo and we will always love him.Now let me clear up the rumor as to how violent this movie is.It is absolutely and totally....TRUE!This movie at times makes even me wince and I am no stranger to the world of gore.And once this movie gets moving it does not stop for anything except to top the last extremely violent death.There are a couple cool characters along for the ride with John this time,but most of them just act like a bunch of macho assholes.Schoolboy on the other hand(the groups sniper)is a kickass character and his humungous anti-aircraft looking rifle gives us many more than one chunky head shots.All in all it is a fun movie to see not only for Rambo's return to the screen but just for how violent it can be.So if thats your thing i STRONGLY suggest seeing it.
