I like that there's more blood & gore. The last one didn't seem to have as much since it pretty much focused on those 3 tasks of forgiveness that Jeff had to do. And 2 of them weren't gory or bloody at all. But I loved the twisting device!!!! It looked so sick!!!
I'll be netflixing this soon. And despite that Jigsaw is out of the franchise, I'll probably see "Saw V" in theaters since the last gory horror film I saw in a theater was "Saw III" on the third day of release. (got to go to THESE kinds of films on opening weekend since they only last about a week in the religious & liberal town of Auburn. lol! Not that the second thing has anything to do with it, but the first definitely does).
