"Some very strong performances."
Ed Norton, Colin Farrell and the entire cast deliver some very strong performances in this one. Small part or large, there's not one weak link anywhere in sight. I loved the tone and grit of the movie right until the final act started to unfold. Then, events transpire that undermine what could've and should've been a better conclusion. An epic crime drama with great performances slowly loses steam and falls in to the "worthy" category instead of delivering the punch these actors deserve to deliver.
