"Perfect part for Nathan Fillion."

I missed this show when it was televised, but caught up with it online. I have to say that it is a great show and for once something different.

The reason I checked this show out was because of Nathan Fillion. I have to say that this is the best part I have seen him in since Firefly. It is the kind of part he is meant to play. His co-star, Stana Katic, is not only beautiful, but a good cast in the part of the police detective. It is also good to see Susan Sullivan again in the part of Castle's quirky mother.

While the plot is mildly predictable, the originality of the characters makes up for it. I recommend checking this show out. Watch the first two episodes on ABC's web site and I think you will be tuning in for the third installment on Monday.
