"Hollywood rapes my childhood with shit like this..."

Let me just state this to begin with, I watched this movie with a completely open mind. I tried my damnedest not to think of Dragonball while watching Dragonball: Evolution and the first few minutes were good, but eventually it gets out of hand.

Comparisons are as follows;

1. Grandpa Gohan's house was a tiny shack in DBl but a big house in DBE

2. Goku started the series 12 or 13..not 18.

3. Goku originally never saw another human other than his Grandpa until he met Bulma. He did NOT go to high school.

4. Oozaru [not under Piccolo's control] killed Gohan, not Piccolo.

The list goes on and on.

Now on with the other shit. The CG animation didn't look good at all. It looked like it was half a step up from the disaster known as Dragon Wars. They didn't get ANYONE'S looks right, they didn't get the Kamehameha right, which is a distructive force of pure energy and not a misty smoke that can light candles and resurrect people.

This movie just blew all together, regardless of whether or not it was trying to be original, it sucked as an original movie and as a manga to movie adaptation.

Not even a rental.
