"Let's Kill Hitler"
-This is NOT an action film, so dont go into it thinking it is!-
Even though Valkyrie does not blow your mind visually, it is a nicely paced film. If the movie was ten.. even five minutes longer it would have definately been overdone, but Im glad it wasnt.
The film follows Cruise and company to just simply "kill Hitler" and that is all that the viewer has to know. There's nothing complicated about that I know how people complain when they watch thrillers based on true events such as this film. Trust me, it is a fair film that dives into a storyline which keeps the viewer in suspense!
Tom Cruise and the rest of the cast are absolutely brilliant! I think though that they played Hitler's role to a minimum.. I'm glad they didn't over do it. But Cruise is on a role with Tropic Thunder's comedic performance, and now a serious well acted role in Valkyrie definately reminds me that we take Cruise for granted sometimes.
