"Not a sequel; This movie has legs and stands on them with ease."

If you have seen the first "Evil Dead", you will quickly conclude that you are watching the same movie. "Why would you want to see that movie again", you ask. This version by far has much more substance. Once again it is a low budget movie; however, it has much more money pumped into it this time. The over usage of fake blood and for that matter acting, make this movie a little odd. I don't think it is a massively scary movie, but I feel it more of a psychological scare. It takes you into the mind of someone going mad/crazy. Anyway, to get straight to the point, this movie is great. I highly recommend it to people who have never seen it and if your a horror fanatic, you have to see it.
