very good, umm the only thing about this film i didnt like was the story living up to its's name, lol but hear me out first lol, American Gangster to me will always be most known as infamous Al Capone. no matter what, but i understand that Al has been done before many times, but still AMERICAN GANGSTER lol, idk but over all great film, its a great story of Frank Lucas crime story. denzel did a great job, its about living the american dream no matter what. its about respect/law and order/justic and o think most of all. seeking the truth of right and wrong and the story behind it. its a great story. very good job on the 50's 60's and 70's classic set. its a must see.
