Harold (John Cho) and Kumar (Kal Penn) are back at it again. Continuing where the first film left off, the duo are off to Amsterdam to find Harold's love interest Maria (Paula Garces). After being pulled off the plane because of a misunderstanding, both are sent to Guantanamo Bay. As you probably know, hilarity ensues.
