LIVE FREE OR DIE HARD (2007)

"This was a Die Hard?"

Well to start off I havn't written a review, or even been on a computer for a little under 2 weeks, so forgive me if this review is poorly written, with errors in spelling and grammar.

Anyway, here it goes-

Live Free or Die Hard is a great film. You got a good plot, and Bruce Willis, so it's hard to go wrong, and they didn't go wrong with this movie. BUT giving it the DIE HARD name was all wrong. DIE HARD has never been high-tec with computer crap.

I thiught that the PG-13 approach was a bad idea. How come all of a sudden John McLane doesn't swear in every single sentence? How come the bad guys aren't cursing at him? Where's the massive blood loss of the bad guys? Even the "unrated" version isn't good enough for me.

Bruce Willis did a fair job, he was pretty old, and I wouldn't advise making a fifth, but I still think he pulled it off well.

Despite all the things that I have listed above, I am still glad I saw this in the theater and own it now on DVD.

I know, when I went to Hungary, this is called Die Hard 4.0. And Bad Boys II was Bad Boys 2. And yes, it even had that period after the 2

Check my Indiana Jones review to see what I said about Harrison Ford, and I heard there doing a 5th, but it depends on Bruce's schedule, and this movie, which I think I stated in my Die Hard 4.0 movies review, restarted my liking for Bruce Willis, or it was the M. Knight movie reviews, doesn't matter, if there's a part 5 I'll see it, just hope its R.

Hey, if Harrison can still handle Indiana Jones, I think Bruce'll be all right for another sequel if he plans it. lol.

right, blizZz. exactly. at least a 4.5 if not a 5.

and i see where you are coming from V2K, but i think i'll stick to the opinion in my review. but i do get what your saying, make it original, make a different terrorist. i just pray theres not a 5th, and if there is, it better be NOW!!! before Bruce Willis ages anymore!

I just watched this movie 40 mins ago, and I stand by what I said, and I think I said this before, but it's all about the money now a days, and seeing as most movies are geared towards the Male 12-24 demographic, and you already now my agreements and disagreements, blah, blah, blah, blah, saying the same shit, I bet if it was rated "R", you give a 5 star rating.

Great review. It's been so long since the last Die Hard though, and it's still definitely a Die Hard. The high-tec computer stuff going on? It was a way of thrusting John McClane into a world where he has no idea. Kind of make him realize that he's in the twentieth century now, plus the whole normal terrorist thing, you can't go on doing that in every movie you know. However, like I said, Great review!!!!!

what do you mean This was a Die Hard??? and you were right that was a good movie RIGHT RIGHT RIGHT RIGHT RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have the unrated version wasnt good enough for me eather and i seen in it theaters and own on DVD all 4 of em
