2 men awaken to find themselves in awkward situations. One of the men is in a bathtub with the plughole rapped around his big toe, he is also chained to a pipe by his ankle. The man across the room is also chained to a pipeby the ankle. Jigsaw The killer in this awesome beginning of the quadrupilaty, gives them both a tape to listen to. They have to follow the rules in which jigsaw gives him to stay alive. In the centre of the room there is a dead man with his brains next to him. In his right hand he has a gun. The man that was not in the bath tub's assignment is to kill the opposite man, if he does not complete this task by a certain amount of time, jigsaw will leave the men in there to rot, but also kill his wife and child.
