"It Happened again...M.Night bombed!"

Went to see The Happening and I almost thought in the first 10 minutes the M.Night had redeemed himself, I was wrong. The beginning had my skin crawling and I saw why they had given it an R rating (but I don't want to give anything away). I honestly think if I were to read the screenplay I might enjoy it but for me it seems like it all went wrong when the script was written and then the wrong actors were casted, the acting was discusting. Mark Wahlberg and John Leguizamo seemed to be the only 2 actors with any kind of talent. I almost want to think that Shyamalan knew that this movie was going to suck because he himself didn't even make an appearance in it like his other movies. Well lets just hope that the squel will be better, I hear he and Al Gore have already started production for part 2...The Inconvenient Happening.
